1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WebCraftX's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

WebCraftX provides lead generation services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered prospect identification and qualification
• Multi-channel marketing campaign management
• Social network integration and advertising promotion
• Analytics and reporting dashboard
• CRM integration and lead management tools

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a per-replied-lead model with rates ranging from $30 to $100 per qualified lead response, depending on your selected plan and industry requirements.

• Payment is due only for leads that respond to your campaigns
• Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and target audience
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your leads. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WebCraftX services are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebCraftX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all charges incurred up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
